She specializes in criminal law, selected problems of American law and system of education. Her scientific researches relate to relations between law and civil society in the United States. Author of many publications. In years 2005-2015 performed the duties of Director of Center for American Law at KUL. Currently she is the coordinator of Polish-American program Hill-Sadowski Scholarship. Fulbright Scholar-in-Residence at Delta State University, Cleveland, Mississippi.

Prior to his relocation to Europe, he was also a practicing attorney in the United States, and served as the Chair of the Pennsylvania Bar Association’s Labor and Employment Law Section. One of the founders of the Jagiellonian Law Society in Philadelphia. He conducted classes at University of Luxembourg and the John Paul II Catholic University of Lublin. Currently professor of law at the Vytautas Magnus University. His primary research areas include labor law, public international law and alternative dispute resolution. Author of numerous publications on these subjects.
